  • An assignment was brought home one day that was called the “Nigger series”, at first I  was truly upset, but once my son, Julius (8th grader) explained to me what it was for, I was happily surprised. He had to interview his grandparents and great grandparents to understand what they had to go through at their time period with that word. TWW Inc opened his eyes, and actually brought the family closer together. My son and I are thankful for TWW Inc.’s program by using arts as a way to teach history. Not only did my son had to interview, but do art work representing. His writing / communication skills level went up. Which was obvious when he had to do exams. Family was so proud of Julius presentation and overall accomplishments! Thank you TWW!–Jay Stephens - Parent
